*FREE Return Shipping (within British Columbia): When shipping back to you, we use Canada Post Expedited service with Tracking number and Signature (usually one or two business days delivery within the Lower Mainland and surroundings) We will keep a digitized copy for 30 days.
NOTE on VHS/Camcorder tapes: Please note that your videos can not be copy protected and they need to be on NTSC format (it means that it can be played by regular video players in North-America --- instead of other formats like PAL which is European).
